Glenville (Glen) Forde is Founder & CEO of Elevate 360, an entrepreneur and an executive in the tech space.
Glen founded Elevate 360 to provide coaching, consulting, and inclusion practices for organizations and individuals but with a geared focus on elevating underserved groups and the power of women. He believes there are 3 strategic actions in building an authentic sense of belonging in any culture/organization:
Glen is passionate about inclusion and belonging where he believes these behaviors are the core of DEI work. He is completing his doctorate degree with a focus on Thesis: Multicultural Belonging - The Importance of Inclusion for Under-served Groups & Elevating Women in the Workforce. The Need to Drive Systematic Change for Equality is part of inclusion work.
Glen has been in the HR arena for over 25 years in leadership/executive roles and has worked with people from diverse backgrounds contributing to solutions that impact the world in positive ways. His personal mission is to create a more equitable and inclusive society. He is an advisor to organizations like aimient.com who are focused on equitable hiring and the representation of BIPOC’s at executive and board roles. Glen is a member of the National Diversity Council, D&I Leaders, NAACP, Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and more.

Angela is Vice President of Business Partnerships & Operations for Elevate360 LLC. She is responsible for leading business partnerships, the day-to-day company operations and is the storyteller for the organization of “Who we are” and why a client should “Choose Us." Her leadership, passion and vision in this role is to ultimately build awareness and give the voice of inclusivity for underserved people, especially those with all abilities.
Angela has over 25 years of leadership and educational experiences with a combination of non-for-profit, startup, and large-scale organizations. In her most prior roles, Angela was Regional Program Director at Roads to Success (Coaching & Academics), Director & Educational School Leader at Hopes Cap Inc, (Academics). She was the Educational Supervisor for three local sites at CDI Head Start (Academics) and has held leadership teaching positions as Lead & Special Education Teacher for the New York Board of Education.
Angela received her bachelor’s degree in Special Education from City College, a dual master’s in Special & General Education from Touro University and holds multiple certifications in Education and Business Data Analytics.
Angela loves to read, write and is currently working on completing two books for publication in 2023.
Noah is the Ambassador & Advocate for all Super Abilities actions at Elevate360 LLC. He is responsible for being the voice of the company as it relates to all super abilities' events and functions.
Noah works closely with the Founder & CEO and the VP of Business Partnerships to continue the fight of inclusion work and practices. He helps to foster awareness, motivation and thoughtful consideration towards advocating for super abilities communities and people. He ensures that everyone does what is best for the people he represents and their civic right to belong everywhere.
Noah has over 16 years of experience as a successful and amazing individual with super abilities. His superpowers are Love, Peace, Kindness and Laughter.
