EOY partners with the Nurtured Heart Institute from a training perspective.  We pride ourselves on providing a curriculum that is research based and developed by the Nurtured Heart Institute.

Our belonging curriculum is an inclusive career pathway program that creates a world for youth ranging in ages (14-21) to feel respected, equal, and authentically valued.

It's important that our youth have access to coaching that covers all aspects of their growth and development.  We provide personalized guidance, education, and accountability.

EOY fosters a variety of coaching that helps to excel in well-being, physical, financial, emotional, and relational so our youth can have sustainable lifestyles.

Our mentorship program works to build authentic relationships and mentorship that helps our youth continue to excel in any environment.  A mentor who cares about their mentee will help them WIN.

This is accomplished through establishing a mentor relationship that helps youth enhance their communication, collaboration & connection to others.

Our Financial Consulting services help small businesses with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. We work with you to create a financial strategy that fits your business needs and helps you achieve your financial goals.

Our Marketing Consulting services help small businesses develop a marketing plan that drives growth and increases revenue. We work with you to identify your target audience, create effective marketing strategies, and measure your success.

According to Mental Health First Aid with is associated with the National Council for Mental Health Wellbeing - "One in five youth will experience a mental health challenge at some point during their life."
